Reports claim that Paris Saint-Germain are confident of signing Bayern Munich defender Juan Bernat this week. PSG have been searching for a left-back all summer and it’s understood Atletico Madrid’s Filipe Luis was their top target.
However, Atletico aren’t willing to entertain offers so PSG have turned their attention to Bernat in the latter stages of the summer transfer window.
Bayern reportedly value their man at around 15million Euros, which fits in with PSG’s Financial Fair Play restrictions, and the deal should now move quickly.
Bernat has turned out 75 times for the Bavarians in the Bundesliga since joining from Valencia in the summer of 2014 on a five-year deal.
