Reports claim Real Betis are in talks with Manchester City over the permanent transfer of midfielder Oleksandr Zinchenko.
It was reported earlier in the summer that City would let the 21-year-old leave and Premier League new boys Wolves threw their hat into the ring with a £16m bid.
However, the Ukraine international rejected a move to Molineux as he wanted to stay and fight for his sport at the Etihad Stadium.
Having made just 14 appearances in all competitions last season, it seems as though Zinchenko may be surplus to requirements and will now look for an exit route.
Betis are said to want a loan deal for the youngster but Pep Guardiola is keen to jettison Zinchenko on a permanent basis, with the Premier League champions seeking £15m for the schemer.
