Defender Dani Carvajal feels Real Madrid are doing the right thing in signing young players with potential for the future.
Real have endured a stuttering first third of the season and sit fifth in the La Liga standings, with Julen Lopetgui already shown the Bernabeu exit door and Santiago Solari handed the reins until June 2021.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s summer exit to Juventus has been partly blamed for their below-par showing but there is still plenty of talent in the capital club’s ranks.
Youngsters Dani Ceballos and Marcos Llorente have been given an opportunity in midfield and Carvajal believes it is the right way to go.
“The philosophy of the club is to think medium-term and long-term, hence why we have signed so many young players,” he said after Saturday’s victory over Valencia.
“We now have a very young midfielder and can compete against the best teams in the country, you can see Marcos Llorente has now enjoyed great games against Roma and Valencia.”
