Catalans Dragons have been hit by the news Ben Garcia and Fouad Yaha are facing spells on the sidelines through injury. The duo picked up the injuries during Catalans 31-30 defeat to Hull FC in Perpignan last Saturday, and the news emerging from the treatment room is not good.

Back-rower Garcia suffered an ankle injury and is expected to be on the sidelines for at least six weeks, while fellow France international Yaha has torn a hamstring. Catalans say such an injury will keep him out for a ‘number of weeks’ and there is now a good chance the pair will miss the historic clash against Wigan at Barcelona’s Nou Camp on Saturday, May 18.
Although keen to get the players back in action as soon as possible, Catalans will not be willing to take any risks for fear of them suffering further setbacks.
