Reports claim AC Milan have spoken with the representatives of Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas to discuss a potential deal. The Spaniard was a key figure for the west London side last term, having made 49 appearances across all competitions, but he has fallen down the pecking order in 2018-19.

Indeed, Fabregas has played just 48 minutes of Premier League football under Maurizio Sarri and his future at Stamford Bridge looks bleak.
Fabregas’ current deal is set to expire at the end of the season and he is free to sign a pre-contract with a foreign club at the start of January.
Inter Milan, Galatasaray and Atletico Madrid have all previously been linked with the former Barcelona star, however, reports suggest AC Milan are leading the race.
