Chelsea ran the rule over Roma winger Cengiz Under and Inter striker Mauro Icardi in the top Serie A clash of the weekend on Sunday. Reports from Italy claim scouts from Chelsea, Arsenal, Monaco and Bayern Munich were in attendance for the clash which finished in a 2-2 draw.

The Blues were last week linked with a move for Roma’s Turkish winger Under, who has attracted the interest from many of the top clubs in Europa after bursting onto the Champions League scene last season.
The 21-year-old, who scored seven Serie A goals in 15 starts in his first year in Italy after a £12million move from Istanbul Basaksehir, smashed in a superb 25-yard strike on Sunday.
And the Chelsea manager will know all about him as Under scored the opening goal in Roma’s 4-2 win at Maurizio Sarri’s Napoli last season.
Sarri’s spy could also have been there to check on Icardi, who has reportedly become a target for the club as they address the problematic centre forward position.
The Argentinian ace scored his eighth league goal of the season to put Inter ahead in the second half but Roma earned a point through Aleksander Kolarov’s penalty.
