Burnley striker Peter Crouch is unavailable for Saturday’s Premier League trip to Bournemouth after he recently underwent surgery.
Crouch The former England international, who joined the Clarets in January from Stoke on a deal until the end of the season, missed the 2-0 victory over Wolves last time out after he went under the knife to resolve an appendix issue.
Sean Dyche has now confirmed the 38-year-old will be absent for the clash at the Vitality Stadium as he continues to recover and the manager is unsure when the striker will return to the first-team fold.

Winger Aaron Lennon is back on the grass after recovering from a knee problem although Saturday comes too soon for him, while midfielder Steven Defour’s calf injury is expected to keep him out until next season.
Having picked up a crucial three points against Wolves, Dyche is expected to stick with the same starting XI that impressed last weekend.
