Eintracht Frankfurt are among the clubs showing an interest in Inter Milan star Gabriel Barbosa, who will be available in January.
Barbosa is currently on loan with Brazilian side Santos but will return to the San Siro when that deal expires in the new year, and Inter will be looking to move him on again.
The 22-year-old’s first-team prospects have not improved at Inter, who have plenty of strength in depth in the attacking areas, and another move away looks to be the best option.
Reports are rife that Eintracht have made Inter an early offer and talks over a potential move are currently in the early stages.
A switch to the Bundesliga would no doubt appeal, but the player will have other options, including the English Premier League, where West Ham United could suit.
The player’s agent is Kia Joorabchian, who has already brokered deals that have seen Joao Mario and Felipe Anderson sign for West Ham, and Barbosa could follow in their footsteps.
