England Make Changes For Final Test

England coach Wayne Bennett has made four changes to the squad for their third Test match against New Zealand at Elland Road on Sunday. Having won the opening two matches of the three-Test series to take an unassailable 2-1 lead, Bennett has chosen to rotate.

Leeds Rhinos half-back Richie Myler, Stefan Ratchford of Warrington, Joe Greenwood of Wigan and Wakefield Trinity back Reece Lyne all come into the squad.

Injured trio Sean O’Loughlin, Sam Tomkins and Daryl Clark step out while George Burgess is suspended after picking up a four-match ban for an eye gouging offence.

Warriors forward Greenwood says his inclusion is a dream come true, admitting: “I’m over the moon, it’s what you dream of as a kid; to get that first cap. To do that with the personnel we’ve got in the team, it’s massive. “I’ll have a few nerves.

I’ll get stuck in when I come on the pitch a first carry or first tackle, whatever it is, then you’re in the game.”
Despite having won the series there will be no let up from England according to Greenwood.

He continued: “On paper, we’ve won the series but we want to go for that whitewash. “None of the lads have let their guard down, they’re still training hard.”
