Diogo Dalot will rejoin first-team training on Wednesday after receiving the all-clear from the Manchester United medical staff. The Portuguese right-back has been sidelined since September but could even be in the reckoning to start on Saturday at home to Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

Dalot has spent the last few days at Carrington and United are confident the 19-year-old is ready to now properly kickstart his Old Trafford career, having arrived under the radar from Porto in the summer for £19million.
The youngster was forced to wait until September before making his United debut in the Champions League game against Young Boys, following knee surgery during the close season.
Dalot has been playing catch up ever since and has been working hard alongside the club’s conditioning team, who will be closely monitoring him over the next 48 hours.
Jose Mourinho is without suspended left-back Luke Shaw for the visit of the Eagles, giving the United boss the potential option of moving Ashley Young over to the opposite flank and starting Dalot in his natural position.
