Arsenal are being linked with a swoop for highly-rated youngster Bilel Hassaini, who currently plays his football in France with Nancy. The teenage forward has caught the eye while playing for Nancy in Ligue 2 and the Gunners are said to be lining up a move to get him on board as they sense a bargain.
Bilel has yet to sign a professional contract with Nancy which means they would only be entitled to compensation, and Arsenal could be ready to take advantage. The youngster could be available for as little as 300,000 euros, but the Gunners are not the only interested party and they will face strong competition for his services.
French champions Paris Saint-Germain are said to be in the running for the young Frenchman, along with Spanish giants Barcelona, so he has options. If Arsenal can wrap up a deal, he is seen as one for the future, and would be placed in the club’s under-23 side until he is ready to make the step up.
