West Ham Keen To Keep Arnautovic

West Ham are reportedly adamant striker Marko Arnautovic will not be allowed to leave the London Stadium this summer. The 30-year-old Austria international has had an uneasy relationship with the Hammers since January when he pushed for a move to China only to then perform a U-turn and pen a new deal to keep him with the Londoners until 2023.

Arnautovic’s form was criticised during the time he was looking to move on, although he did finish the season with 11 goals in just 30 games across all competitions, including three in the final two league games.

It was previously suggested that the player would welcome a move to Italy this summer with Inter Milan, Fiorentina and Roma thought to be interested, while it was believed boss Manuel Pellegrini would sanction a sale if a club offered in the region of £25million.

But fresh reports are now claiming West Ham have no interest in allowing Arnautovic, who joined from Stoke for £20m in 2017, to depart this summer and they will do all they can to keep him on board.
