Watford are set to sign teenage forward Filip Stuparevic from Serbian club Vozdovac for £2.5m in the January transfer window. Reports in Belgrade claim the deal will be the most valuable of any transfer between the Serbian and English leagues with just formalities to complete.
It is also claimed that Watford have secured a work permit for the forward, who only turned 18 and became eligible to make the move on August 30.
Stuparevic, who made his debut for the Serbian Under-21 side on Friday, will reportedly sign a four-year deal with the Hornets.
The 18-year-old has scored two goals in six senior appearances for Vozdovac this season.
