Lazio snatched a late equaliser against AC Milan, but coach Simone Inzaghi felt his side deserved all three points. Milan looked on course for all three points at the Olympic Stadium thanks to a second-half strike from Franck Kessie, but Joaquin Correa struck four minutes into stoppage time to rescue a point.
Despite Lazio being somewhat fortunate to grab a last-gasp point, Inzaghi felt his side deserved all three. Even so, he will settle for one and now turn his attention to the return Europa League action this week.

“This evening Lazio could have won, we missed an opportunity,” Inzaghi told Lazio’s official website after the game. “The team believed in it to the end, but I’m disappointed and regret the lack of success.
“The victory would have been important for our fans and also for the classification, but now we will prepare for the Europa League match on Thursday with Apollon Limassol.”
