La Viola Showing Kamada Interest

Fiorentina are reportedly weighing up whether to make an offer for Eintracht Frankfurt forward Daichi Kamada. La Viola are looking to strengthen their attacking options before the transfer window slams shut and latest reports are linking the Italian outfit with a move for Frankfurt forward Kamada.

The Japan international joined the German club in June 2017 but he has struggled to establish himself in the first-team squad and was subsequently loaned out to Sint-Truidense for the 2018/19 campaign. He impressed during his temporary spell in Belgium, scoring 16 goals and registering nine assists, and the 22-year-old’s performances have caught the eye of Fiorentina.

Manager Vincenzo Montella is hopeful the club can wrap up a deal for Kamada’s signature and it is claimed an offer of around five million euros will be enough to tempt Frankfurt into selling. However, La Viola will have to move quickly following reports Genoa are also looking to sign the Japanese.
