Lancashire completed a T20 double over Yorkshire that sent them above their Roses rivals and into third place in the North Group.
The Red Rose cruised to a six-wicket win at Headingley on Thursday as they chased down 182 thanks to some big hitting from their top order.
And it was a welcome tonic for Glen Chapple’s side, who had lost three straight Natwest Blast North Group matches since claiming the nail-biting first clash between the two at Emirates Old Trafford last month.
Openers Alex Davies (34 off 21) and Karl Brown (51 off 34) laid the groundwork for the successful run chase before Arron Lilley’s blistering career-best 47 off 20 balls secured the victory with 14 balls remaining.
England all-rounder David Willey had earlier smashed 80 from 43 balls for Yorkshire, who looked set for a mammoth total when 102-1 at the half-way mark of their innings.
But they were pegged back by some superb bowling in the last six overs, where the hosts lost six wickets and only scored 40 runs.
Australian overseas all-rounder James Faulkner struck three times in a superb last over, while wrist spinners Matthew Parkinson and Zahir Khan struck twice apiece. Parkinson (two wickets for 31 runs) was particularly impressive. How Natural Herbal Remedy Killed Stubborn Staphylococcus, Ecoli And Aureus And Other Infections
