AC Milan have reportedly been monitoring Eric Bailly’s situation at Manchester United as they consider a January bid. The Rossoneri are on the lookout for a new central defender after Mattia Caldara sustained a muscular injury which could keep him out of action until February.

Reports suggested they are interested in Paris Saint-Germain’s Thiago Silva and Sao Paulo’s Rodrigo Caio.
Bailly is the latest to be linked but the report states any move would depend on Manchester United’s valuation.
Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho has publicly stated that he is keen to strengthen in the heart of defence, having missed out on some key targets over the summer, so it’s not clear whether he would be open to allowing Bailly to depart.
The 24-year-old Ivory Coast international has found first-team chances hard to come by so far this season with just five Premier League appearances under his belt.
