Palace Have Stipulations Over Any Zaha Transfer

Crystal Palace are believed to be reluctantly ready to let Wilfried Zaha leave this summer – but only if two key stipulations are met. Ivory Coast international Zaha has been regularly linked with a move away from Selhurst Park ever since he returned to the club in 2015 and he added fuel to the fire regarding the speculation by recently admitting he is keen to play Champions League football.

The likes of Tottenham, Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain have all been linked with making a move for the 26-year-old, as have Manchester United, the club he originally left Palace for in 2013 only to return to South London two years later.

Palace have long stood firm in their desire to keep Zaha, but it appears that stance could have softened, as it is believed they are now willing to sell their prize asset, but only if two stipulations are met. First of all, they want £75million for Zaha and will not accept any offer under that mark.

The Eagles are also only willing to sell to a club from outside the Premier League, which would scupper Tottenham and Manchester United’s hopes of concluding a deal. Zaha’s agent has reportedly agreed to those terms after a meeting with Palace owner Steve Parish, which means the wheels can now be put in motion ahead of a potential summer bidding war.
