Crystal Palace are considering an offer from Brentford to sign winger Sullay Kaikai on loan with an option to buy in January. Kaikai has struggled to break into the Palace first team since being handed his first professional deal in 2013.
He has only featured three times in the Premier League although he has enjoyed numerous loan spells away from the club.
One of those temporary moves was to Championship outfit Brentford, where he scored three goals in 18 league appearances over the course of the 2016-17 season.
The 23-year-old clearly impressed during his time at Griffin Park as the Bees are reportedly keen to re-sign him on loan before the transfer window closes on Friday, while they also want to insert a clause that would see him join the club on a permanent basis in the new year.
Palace are believed to be mulling over the offer but with first-team opportunities set to remain limited at Selhurst Park, it appears likely that Kaikai will be allowed to leave.
