According to reports in France, Crystal Palace are planning to re-sign striker Bakary Sako just months after he left the club. The 30-year-old left Selhurst Park in July after turning down the club’s last contract offer.
His agent has been trying to find him a club for the last few weeks but it now appears he will be returning to the Eagles.
Sako has made 50 appearances for the club since joining in 2015 from Wolves but has mainly been used as a back-up player.
Boss Roy Hodgson had been hoping to sign more forwards to give Christian Benteke and Alexander Sorloth more competition.
Jordan Ayew joined on loan but Sako now appears to be rejoining before the end of the month.
