Real Madrid are reported to have made contact with Marcus Rashford’s agent regards a potential swoop for the Manchester United star. The youngster continues to struggle for game time at Old Trafford, and when he does play, it is not in his favoured position as an out-and-out striker.
That has kicked off rumours he is frustrated and would consider a move away if the right opportunity came along.
Earlier in the week Italian giants Juventus were linked with a potential swoop, with reports claiming they are compiling a ‘dossier’ on the England international, and now Real are also keen.
It has been suggested that Los Blancos are ready to freshen up their attack in the new year and see Rashford as the perfect replacement for Karim Benzema.
Rashford is under contract with United until 2020 and although he would be reluctant to leave his boyhood club, he is also said to want assurances over whether he will be able to develop with the Reds.
He would also want some assurances from Real before jumping ship and any potential move looks complicated to say the least.
