Luis Suarez would welcome Neymar Jr back to Barcelona, with reports the Brazilian’s time at Paris Saint Germain might be ending soon. Neymar made a sensational, record-breaking move from Barca to the Parc des Princes in the summer of 2017 after four seasons at the Nou Camp.
