Tottenham are being linked with a swoop for Leicester midfielder James Maddison as doubts surround the future of Christian Eriksen.
Spurs could face a battle to keep hold of their star Danish midfielder at the end of the season, despite reports claiming that Real Madrid have cooled their interest in him.

Eriksen is one of the hottest properties in Europe and Spurs are concerned by the fact he has just 18 months remaining on his current deal and is no nearer to signing a new one.
Reports are claiming that Eriksen is in no rush to pen a deal and that has forced Tottenham to start keeping an eye out for possible replacements.
One such target is said to be Foxes star Maddison, who has been a revelation since arriving at the King Power Stadium from Norwich City in the summer.
The midfielder has impressed with his creativity and it is claimed Tottenham will make a move should they be unable to convince Eriksen to stay.
