Roma’s Cengiz Under scored a spectacular goal against Inter on Sunday in front of watching Chelsea, Arsenal and Bayern Munich scouts. Reports from Italy claim scouts from Monaco were also in attendance for the Stadio Olimpico clash which finished in a 2-2 draw.
Chelsea were last week linked with a move for Roma’s Turkish winger Under, who has attracted interest from many of the top clubs in Europe after bursting on to the Champions League scene last season.

The 21-year-old, who scored seven Serie A goals in 15 starts in his first year in Italy after a £12million move from Istanbul Basaksehir, smashed in a superb 25-yard strike on Sunday.
And the Chelsea manager will know all about him as Under scored the opening goal in Roma’s 4-2 win at Maurizio Sarri’s Napoli last season.
Sarri’s spy could also have been there to check on Mauro Icardi, who has reportedly become a target for the club as they address the problematic centre-forward position.
The Argentinian ace scored his eighth league goal of the season to put Inter ahead in the second half but Roma earned a point through Aleksander Kolarov’s penalty.
