West Ham Loan Out Striker

West Ham have allowed striker Jordan Hugill to join Championship outfit Queens Park Rangers on a season-long loan deal. The 27-year-old has struggled to make an impact with the Hammers since joining the club from Preston North End in a deal worth £10million in 2018.

He spent last season on loan with Championship outfit Middlesbrough, scoring seven goals in 41 appearances as they went on to just miss out on the play-offs. Hugill does not figure in the plans of Manuel Pellegrini again this season and is looking forward to trying to get his career back on track with Rangers.

“I want to get my head down and make my mark here, which is something I need to do for my career,” said Hugill. “To be wanted again and play football was the main thing for me.”
