Nigeria forward Alex Iwobi and defender Shehu Abdullahi have given thumbs up to the Super Eagles new kits for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
On Wednesday, the Eagles’ new kits were unveiled in London with the quartet of skipper Mikel Obi, Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho and Iwobi as well as music star Wizkid in attendance.
“Kit Launch !! Can’t Wait To Wear The New Gear At The World Cup @Nikefootball,” Iwobi, who modelled the patterned kit, tweeted in excitement.
Reacting to the new kits, Abdullahi thanked Nike and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for the kits.
“I’m in love with our new Super Eagles FIFA World Cup kits. Kudos Nike and NFF,” Abdullahi wrote on his Twitter handle.
