Nigerian forward Alex Iwobi could be a doubt for Arsenal’s crucial Premier League game away to Liverpool on 4 March due to a suspected ankle injury, according to dailystar.co.uk.
Iwobi came under a heavy challenge by Sutton's skipper Jamie Collins in Monday night's Emirates FA Cup fifth round tie.
Despite the dangerous challenge, Iwobi continued with the game.
The 20-year-old who was later replaced by Alexis Sanchez on 74 minutes, posted a picture of his right foot wrapped in a bandage on his Snapchat account on Tuesday.
It is believed Wenger chose to replace Iwobi as a precaution since Arsenal have nearly two weeks to prepare for Liverpool.
Arsenal are not in action this weekend as their match with Southampton has been postponed because the Saints are facing Manchester United in the EFL Cup final.
