Super Eagles have declared their readiness for Sunday's FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zambia following their 3-0 win over Nigeria Professional Football League side, Plateau United, in a friendly match played today in Abuja.
Anderson Esiti scored Super Eagles first goal in the match that saw coach Gernot Rohr fielding team B of the senior national team in the first half.
The second half produced two goals through Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi to make it 3-0 in favour of the Super Eagles.
Meanwhile, Rohr who used the match to test the readiness of the players for Sunday’s World Cup qualifier introduced the Team A which comprised Mikel Obi, Carl Ikeme, Kenneth Omeruo and other big boys in the second half and he was impressed with their performance.
