Jordan Veretout’s agent says the midfielder will not leave Fiorentina in January but refused to rule out a summer exit.
Veretout has established himself as a key man in the Viola midfield since arriving in a seven million euros transfer from Aston Villa, via a season on loan in his homeland of France with Saint-Etienne.

The 25-year-old has been suggested as a target for Napoli ahead of the winter window, however Veretout’s agent Mario Giufreddi says the former France youth international won’t be leaving the Stadio Artemio Franchi next month, but the midfielder may well be on the move at the end of the campaign.
“I do not even talk about the market for him, he stays at Fiorentina, then in the summer he will see himself,” he told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli. “I think he is destined for a very high level career. It’s the right time to move in. He wants to finish the season in Florence.”
