Former England and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jermaine Jenas has praised Chelsea boss Antonio Conte for believing in Nigeria forward Victor Moses.
Moses won his first-ever Premier League title following Chelsea's 1-0 win against West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns on Friday.
Prior to becoming a regular for Chelsea under Conte this season, after joining in 2012, Moses was sent out on loan three times by former Blues managers.
Jenas, who won the 2008 League Cup with Tottenham Hotspur following a 2-1 win against Chelsea in the final, says Conte has improved Moses as a player.
"Conte already had winners in his ranks," Jenas said on BBC Radio 5 live on Friday.
"They lost their way last season and watching them last year they were unrecognisable. He has come in and reinvigorated them.
"Conte, what I like about him is he gave Moses a chance and trusted him. He has made him a better player and a Premier League champion.
"They are the little nuggets he brings that make him so special."
