Super Eagles midfielder Joel Obi is set to play a part in Inter Milan this season as he is not among the list of players put up for sale, according to Italian website Tuttosport.
The Nigerian international who was farmed out on loan last season is expected to play a key role at the club in the forthcoming season.
However,Tuttosport reports that Ricky Alvarez is probably the most high-profile of those deemed surplus to requirement at the club with the paper claiming that a fee of €12m could see him leave.
Fredy Guarin is also another on the list, with the club seemingly upset with his protracted, but ultimately fruitless attempt to move to Juventus in January.
Saphir Taider could be used in a part-exchange deal for Southampton’s Dani Osvaldo, whilst Hugo Campagnaro, Ezequiel Schelotto and Matias Silvestre could all also go. Inter are hoping to raise at least €30m.
