Miralem Pjanic has warned Juventus will start to produce their best form despite holding a perfect record this season. The defending Serie A champions, who won the Scudetto by four points from Napoli last season, were pushed hard in their Serie A opener away at Chievo and the Old Lady required a last-minute winner to pick up a 3-2 victory.
Massimiliano Allegri’s men were not at their best last time out at home to Lazio but the hosts still managed to clinch a 2-0 win, leaving them top of the table on six points.
Bosnia and Herzegovina international Pjanic, who scored against the Biancocelesti, admits his side are not showing their full potential but is confident they will get up to full speed before long.
“We’re not firing on all cylinders just yet and we did well in spells even if we weren’t at our best,” he told the club’s official website.
“But a 2-0 win over Lazio is a very good result from a game that was certainly not easy for us. Now we need to work hard in order to find our best form.”
