Serie A champions Juventus have completed the signing of French midfielder Blaise Matuidi from Paris Saint-Germain on a three-year deal worth €30 million, including add-ons.
Juventus confirmed the acquisition of Matuidi in a statement on their official website on Friday.
“Juventus Football Club announces that the agreement with Paris Saint-Germain Football Club for the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Blaise Matuidi has been finalised for a consideration of €20 million payable in three financial years,” the statement reads.
“The purchase value may increase by a further maximum of €10.5 million on the number of the player’s appearances in Juventus official matches in the next three seasons.
“Juventus and the player have signed a three-year contract until 30 June 2020.”
Matuidi joined PSG in 2011 from Saint-Etienne and made 203 appearances, scoring 23 goals.
While at PSG, Matuidi won four Ligue 1 titles, three French Cups, four French League Cups and five French Super Cups.
In 2015, he was named French Player of the Year.
He was a member of the French team that got to the quarterfinal of the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the final of the 2016 European Championship where they lost 1-0 to Portugal.Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
