Juventus Monitoring Benfica defender

Reports claim Juventus sent scouts to watch Benfica defender Ruben Dias in action for Portugal on Saturday. The 21-year-old won his sixth cap for the European champions as they played out a goalless draw away to Italy in Nations League Group A3.

Dias, who is a graduate of Benfica’s academy, has turned out in all 10 of their Primeira Liga games this term and it’s understood he is wanted by a number of clubs around Europe.

Reports suggest Juventus had scouts at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza to watch the Portuguese youngster in action.
Benfica only recently handed Dias a new contract, which contains a 60million euros release clause, while they rejected an offer of 30million euros from Lyon for him last summer.
