Niall Kearney will be looking to secure his Asian Tour card in the Final Stage of the Qualifying School from Boxing Day.
The 30-year-old Irishman has been forced to spend Christmas away from his native Dublin as he looks to get the card to play in 2019.
Kearney hit a three-under-par score in Stage One at Lakeview Resort & Golf Club in Hua Hin, Thailand, at the weekend as he finished five shots behind American Austen Truslow.
The two-time Irish Professional champion and former Walker Cup player now has his sights set on playing in all five rounds at the Final Stage at the same venue between Wednesday and Sunday as he bids to finish inside the top-35 players after 90 holes and earn playing rights on the Asian Tour for the New Year.Copyright © 2020 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
