Roma forward Justin Kluivert is determined to force his way into the starting line-up having not done so yet this season. Kluivert joined the Serie A club from Ajax during the summer and is tipped to be a star of the future.
The son of legendary Dutch striker Patrick, Kluivert Jnr has so far only made cameo appearances from the bench for his new club, but has already made an impact, having assisted the Edin Dzeko winner in the opening weekend clash against Torino.
And the 19-year-old admits that while he is happy with the progress he has made in his short career so far, he would like to be starting games at the Stadio Olimpico.
The youngster said: “I want to become a starter, I having joined Roma for just that.
“Surely my time has not yet arrived, but I have played several minutes and I’m happy. I’m also satisfied with the training sessions. Things are proceeding in the right direction.
“My house is almost ready and everything is going as planned. Everyone knew that the start in Rome would be difficult because they expect so much. At Ajax I was freer in the field, while here I have to play more inwards. I feel more and more comfortable.”Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
