–Liadi, Onyekachi to miss Dolphins clash
By Sab Osuji:
Nigeria international, Solomon Kwambe is on line to make his Warri Wolves debut when the club visit Dolphins on Thursday in a rescheduled Glo Premier League match day-3 fixture, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The match will hold inside the Liberation Stadium, Elekahia, Port Harcourt.
Kwambe completed a summer move to the Seasiders this term but has been plagued by injury concerns.
He was certified fit for the trip by the club’s medics, hence he made coach John Aigbogun’s cut for the trip.
Warri Wolves contingent comprising 18 players, technical crew members and backroom staff departed Warri on Wednesday for Port Harcourt.
Wolves who are still fresh from their CAF Confederation Cup triumph over FCMK in Kinshasha will be without defender Semiu Liadi with teeth problem and Onyekachi Okafor who are both pegged by injury concerns.
Completesportsnigeria.com understands that coach Aigbogun has drafted in Sikiru Alimi as a replacement for Okafor while Super Eagles defender, Solomon Kwambe takes the position of Semiu.
Moses Etu, image maker of the club quotes coach John Aigbogun as saying their target was to grab the three points off their hosts, Dolphins in a bold bid to position the Seasiders where they rightly belong in the domestic league log.
The 18-man squad that made the trip include Super Eagles goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi who has successfully wrestled the No.1 jersey, Tejiri Rhiogbere, Azubuike Egwuekwe, Oke Ogagatewho, Solomon Kwambe, Goodluck Onamado, Ojo Mine and Ichul Lordson.
Others are Ikechukwu Ibenegbu, Micheal Egbeta, Micheal Okoyoh, Bright Akpojuvwewo, Oghenekaro Etebo, Gbolahan Salami, Abu Azeez, Stanley Dimgba, Omoforman Freedom and Sikiru Alimi.Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
