Adam Lallana has been ruled out of Liverpool’s trip to Watford on Saturday with a “minor” injury but Jordan Henderson is fit. Lallana has barely featured this season as a succession of niggling injuries continue to affect him and the midfielder is again unavailable, but boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed it is not a serious setback.

There is better news on skipper Henderson, however, as he has been passed fit for the trip to Vicarage Road despite his ongoing hamstring concerns.
The midfielder did not feature in England’s win over Croatia last week as a precaution, but Klopp says he’s ready if needed to face the Hornets.
Klopp told his pre-match press conference on Friday: “[Jordan] is ready to play, that is all. In the moment it looks like we have pretty much a full squad. “Adam Lallana has a minor thing that makes him unavailable for the weekend, but all the rest came back healthy from the internationals, which is brilliant. So we have to make a few decisions.”
