Premier League side Liverpool have reportedly rejected a €100 million bid for their Brazilian star Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona.
The BBC reported on Wednesday night that it was Barcelona’s second bid for Coutinho.
The bid is made up of an initial €85m and €15m in add-ons. But Liverpool turned down the huge offer immediately without giving it any consideration, the BBC reported.
Liverpool have insisted that Coutinho, who joined them from Serie A club Inter Milan for £8.5m in 2013, will not be sold at any price.
Barcelona are in the market for a high-priced replacement for Brazil forward Neymar, who they sold to Paris St-Germain for a world record transfer fee of €222m last week.
