Louisville Coach Mack Urges D’Tigers Forward Nwora To Be More Aggressive

Head Coach of University of Louisville men’s basketball team, Chris Mack is confident his Nigerian forward Jordan Nwora can offer his team a lot more this season only if he is more aggressive reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

The fast rising D’Tigers star scored in double figures nine times in 2017-18 and played at least 14 minutes in each of those games to earn an invitation to Nigeria’s senior basketball team.

“I certainly don’t see Jordan as just a shooter,” Mack told the University’s journal.

“I think he’s (Nwora) a tremendous shooter, but he has so much more to his game than just shooting the ball.

“If he can be more aggressive at the rim, particularly on the defensive end, there’s no reason he can’t earn ample playing time at either forward position and become Louisville’s secret weapon.”

“He can evolve into a more “complete player” this season.”
