Martin Montoya is looking forward to coming up against his former boss Pep Guardiola when Brighton visit Manchester City on Saturday.
The 27-year-old right-back has started all but one of the Seagulls six Premier League matches since joining the club from Valencia during the summer, but, if selected, he is likely to face his sternest test to date when his side head to the Etihad Stadium to take on reigning champions City.

A familiar face will be awaiting Montoya in Manchester, as City boss Guardiola handed the full-back his debut for Barcelona during their time together at the Camp Nou.
Montoya certainly has nothing but good things to say about his former boss and he is looking forward to their reunion this weekend.
“Pep is an important figure to me because he was the one who gave me the opportunity to move up into the first team,” Montoya told The Argus. “I’m looking forward to playing against him.
“I love his way of playing football. He is one of the best in the world.”
Montoya feels he is now fully up and running as a Premier League player, although he admits he had to adapt his game after spending the majority of his career in La Liga.
“I’m happy with my efforts even though results haven’t gone for us lately,” Montoya added. “I’ve gained in confidence but it’s a tough league.
“It’s a more physical league than I’m used to and it’s a lot of back and forth but I’ve adapted quickly.”Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
