Moses: Chelsea Won’t Stop Fighting For Good Finish

Chelsea wing-back, Victor Moses, says that The Blues must stick together as team in order   to get back on right  track after a recent slump in form which has seen them dropped from third to fifth position in the English Premier League table.
The Blues  have endured a tupsy turvy campaign after clinching the title last season and are currently  25 points
behind leaders Manchester City.
Recent  back- to-  back defeats to both Manchester United and City has further cast doubt on their chances of claiming a top four place as they are currently five points behind London rivals Tottenham Hotspur who occupy fourth position.
The West London club are still in the race to win the Champions League and will face Barcelona in their Second Round, second leg fixture next week at the Camp Nou, and will also face Leicester City in the quater-final of the Emirates FA Cup this season.
Moses is however upbeat about Chelsea’s capacity  to put on fight and finish the season on a high.
“It is about taking these games as they come. Most times when you lose a game, you don’t have to think about it too much, ” Moses stated  in an interview on Skysports monitored by CSN.
He added: “Obviously, you want to win, but you end up with a defeat which can be very disappointing.
“But it is important to move away from there and focus on the next game and try to win.”
Antonio Conte’s men have a chance to get back to winning ways again when they host Crystal Palace in Saturday’s late kick-off at the Stamford Bridge.
The Nigeria international stated that it is important for the former European champions to get maximum points in the game and their remaining fixtures this season.
“We all professionals, top players and we have to realise it’s important to win every game from now till the end of the season,” Moses reiterated.
Crystal Palace recorded their first win of the season against Chelsea when both teams  in October and defeated their fellow Londoners 2-1 at the Stamford Bridge last season and the winger is expecting another tough battle this time around.
“They were very good against us the last time and it was very difficult to break them down even though we gave our best in the game,” Moses who once played Crystal Palace stated.
“But we have moved on from that defeat and the focus is on the game on Saturday.
“Crystal Palace are a good side. They have good strikers who score goals but we have to stay together as a team and overcome them.”
