Nigeria star Victor Moses put up a fine performance as Chelsea moved to the top of English Premier League table with an impressive 5-0 home win against Everton on Saturday at Stamford Bridge.
Playing in his now familiar wing-back position, Moses, who has been included in the Super Eagles squad to face Algeria in a World Cup qualifier next Saturday, was a delight to watch in the encounter as he performed his defensive and attacking tasks impressively.
He came close to getting a goal in the 33rd minute when his shot hit the crossbar.
The Blues went ahead on 19 minutes through Belgian winger Eden Hazard.
Spanish wing-back Marcos Alonso increased the hosts' lead a minute later. It was his first goal for Chelsea since linking up with Antonio Conte's men from Fiorentina.
The home side never looked back from that point and were rewarded for their effort when Diego Costa increased their lead three minutes before the break.
Hazard got his second of the game in the 56th minute, while Pedro Rodriguez completed the rout when he banged in the fifth 25 minutes from the end.
