–Stoke City star says he will be back in Eagles soon
Stoke City striker Victor Moses has backed Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, on his exclusion from the team in the remaining 2015 Orange AFCON qualifiers.
The Nigerian winger has delivered amazing performances for Stoke in the last couple of games despite just getting back from injury, and many have criticized Keshi for not calling him.
However, the 23-year-old backed his coach’s decision in an interview with Stoke Sentinel.
“There’s a reason why I’m not in it (the squad), and the manager has said I’m just getting back from injury and he didn’t want to take the risk with me.
“I think he was right to do that not call me up. I’m the sort of player who always wants to represent Nigeria, but I just need to make sure I get myself back to full fitness, he added.
Moses was on duty again at the weekend when Stoke shocked Tottenham Hotspurs2-1 at White Hart Lane.Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
