Mikel Obi was on from the start and got a yellow card as Chelsea’s poor form to the season continued following their 3-1 home loss to Liverpool on Saturday.
The Nigerian was replaced by Cesc Fabregas in the 70th minute as Phillipe Coutinho and Christian Bentenke piled on the misery for the faltering champions.
Chelsea manager refused to give any comment at the post-match interview, replying “nothing” to every question.
Ramirez put Chelsea ahead as early as the fourth minute after heading past Simon Mignolet.
After the goal, it was all Liverpool as they took control of the game but couldn’t break down a resolute Chelsea defence.
But in three minutes into added time, Philipe Coutinho drew Liverpool when his left-footed strike flew past Asmir Begovic.
In the 74th minute, Coutinho made it 2-1 for Liverpool with a right-foot shot from the edge of the box which took a slight deflection off John Terry.
Then with seven minutes remaining, substitute, Christian Benteke put the tie beyond Chelsea when he added the third goal.
The defeat is Chelsea’s third at Stamford Bridge after losses to Southampton and Crystal Palace.
Meanwhile, it is Jurgen Klopp’s first English Premier League win since taking over at Liverpool.
