By James Agberebi:

Super Eagles forward, Ahmed Musa, was a second half substitute and was denied a penalty as Leicester played 0-0 against Arsenal on Saturday.

The opening period of the game saw both teams failing to find clear-cut opportunities.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain had Arsenal's first real chance on 27 minutes, beating two markers but his curler went narrowly wide.

With two minutes left, Leicester almost took the lead but were stopped first by Petr Cech then Hector Bellerin.

Leicester made the game's first change with Andy King on for Nampalys Mendy.

In the 54th minute Bellerin saw his shot well saved by Kasper Schmeichel.

Leicester went close on 66 minutes through Jamie Vardy who raced on to the ball but fires off target.

On 67 minutes, Leicester made their second change with Leonardo Ulloa on for Shinji Okazaki.

Arsenal also made their substitution with the trio of Jack Wilshere, Olivier Giroud and Mesut Ozil replacing Chamberlain, Granit Xhaka and Santi Cazorla.

In the 84th minute, Ozil and Alexis combined but couldn't beat Schmeichel.

With three minutes remaining, Ahmed Musa was introduced for Marc Albrighton.

Musa's introduction sparked the Leicester attack into life and he was unlucky not to win a penalty when he was brought down by Bellerin in the Arsenal box.

And in the final minute Rob Holding committed a foul close to Arsenal's box but Leicester couldn't make it count.
