Leicester City’s Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has admitted that he will miss his former boss Claudio Ranieri, who was sacked last Thursday due to poor results, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The midfield, who was signed in the January transfer window from Genk by Ranieri, expressed his sadness on Saturday, two days after the Italian’s shock sacking was announced.
“Sadly I didn’t get to spend much time with you, thank you for the opportunity,” Ndidi wrote on Twitter on Saturday with a picture of himself and the coach, along with emojis displaying a sad face and crying.
“You will be missed.”
Ndidi scored once in nine games for Leicester City under Ranieri, who led the Foxes to their first ever Premier League title last season but left them in a relegation battle.
Under caretaker coach, Craig Shakespeare, Ndidi is expected to feature for the Foxes when they face Liverpool in a Premier League clash on Monday.Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
