By James Agberebi: Super Eagles and Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has been rated as the player with the most successful tackles across the top five leagues in Europe.
This was according to football news and statistics website Squawka Football.
Squawka revealed that Ndidi has made 91 successful tackles, more than any player in Europe’s top five leagues the Premier League, the Bundesliga, Serie A, LaLiga and Ligue 1.
“Wilfred Ndidi has made more successful tackles (91) than any other player in Europe’s top 5 Leagues this season. 18 more than the next,” the website wrote on their Twitter handle.
Ndidi, who joined the Foxes exactly one year ago, is one of six Leicester players (Kasper Schmeichel, Wes Morgan, Riyad Mahrez, Marc Albrighton, Harry Maguire) who have played in all 22 Premier League games so far this season.
The former Genk player, 21, joined the Foxes in January, 2017.

Who told you that he played all 22 games. Shameless editor. He got red card last 3week.
sorry Sir, he played all the 22 games, the red card he got only made him miss the cup loss to Man-city.
And came on again for the next League game.
See, you were wrong but you already insulted the Editor who you’ve never met. You should learn to be civil when interacting with other people. Even if you were right and the Editor was wrong, there are mature ways of pointing that out without resorting to insults.
@ ubah,he missed just a match nd that was a cup game,Ndidi has not missed out on a league game this season, he has only been rested severally during cup games
No doubt, Ndidi will be a very great asset for Nigerian team in Russia. We need a strong, talented and skilled tackler in mid-field if we are going to be successful in getting out of the group.
Nigeria seriously needs Ndidi, Moses, Balogun, Mikel, Iwobi and possibly Kelechi feet for the Mundial if we want to have a chance of progressing past that group.

Spot on Nurudeen obalola, ubah should apologise to the Editor. We should learn to appreciate people and not to be rude to them because we are online.
Congratulations to Ndidi, he is an outstanding player, more grace to him and I wish him injury free.
