Newcastle have been linked to Jablonec midfielder Michal Travnik, but face reported competition from Fulham, Augsburg and CSKA Moscow.
The Daily Mail claim Newcastle are one of the clubs looking at the 24-year-old Czech Republic international ahead of the upcoming January transfer window.

Travnik has apparently caught the eye with his performances for Jablonec, particularly in the Europa League where he recently set up their winner against Dynamo Kiev.
He has scored 10 goals in 17 appearances from midfield and can also operate in the holding role. Jablonec, who are third in the Czech league, value him at £4million – which could make Travnik an interesting cut-price option for the January transfer window.
Fulham are also looking to strengthen and could make a rival move, but Newcastle could have a slight advantage in that Travnik shares the same agent as Magpies keeper Martin Dubravka.
Bundesliga side Augsburg and CSKA Moscow have also been impressed by his performances this season.Copyright © 2020 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
