The Super Eagles are drawn in Group D with Croatia, Iceland and Argentina.

The three-time African champions will face Croatia in their first group game at the Kaliningrad Stadium on June 16.

Their second game is against Iceland at the Volgograd Arena on June 22, while they will take on Argentina in their last group game on June 26 at the Krestovsky Stadium, St Petersburg.

  • This is good. I don’t know much about Russia but the pace at which the NFF is doing things and doing them correctly is something that should be admired and praised. You agree my guys? I am impressed to say the least. This is a new era with a new way of doing things at the due time. One CSN writer was critical of the NFF because Argentina has gotten a training camp or something. I replied to that writeup that NFF might be doing things underground which we won’t know. Now we know they have been doing things. Kudos to Amaju Pinnick and his board and I just hope the place will be nice to our Darling Eagles.
